Nereida has held a number of management and technology related positions over the past 13 years. She is currently a Dell Latin America tech support manager for storage products. She has led two Yellow Belt business process improvement projects and driven strong business results. Before joining Dell, Nereida was an acting general manager for Panabyco Inc, a wholesale company for automotive parts and had the opportunity manage the company operations between Colombia and Panama. She was previously programmer & systems analyst for Pan American Life Insurance Co, an american life insurance corporation. Prior to Palic, Nereida was Telesupport Coordinator and Systems Consultant of Powerlink, an IT solutions integrator, where she managed corporate accounts to position IT infrastructure and services solutions. Nereida holds an MBA from "Universidad Latina de Panama" and a BS in Computer Networks from the Technological University of Panama.
