Founder, St Louis Volunteen.com and soon to be launched VolunTEENnation.com websites that serve as resources for youth and families with young children to find volunteer opportunities. Wanting to volunteer, but frustrated with the lack of volunteer opportunities, I created a simple website to fulfull the need. Prior to the website, no online resource existed for community service opportunities dedicated to youth. The success of the website inspired us to organize an Annual St Louis Youth and Family Volunteer Fair. Utilizing social media, we promote short term and one time volunteer opportunities as well as summer volunteer opportunities.
