Lack of education is the cause of crime and poverty, the need to educate the children should be address.

In country like Philippines where there are numbers of street children roaming in the cities, the need for education to lessen the poverty and future crime should be adress. To do that, I propose a non-profit organization that will, in the beggining, provide education for the poor-willing-street children who are unable to study because of lack of support from their families. This children, with their families consent (if any), will be teach with proper education and values in order to give them a brighter future. To ensure the quality of education and reliability of the program, it is best if the children will also have the option to stay in the organization during his/her time of education. This children will have a chance to develop his ability to provide man power and talent in the near future.

On the other hand, interested companies who are looking for potential talents may also pool from the organization to secure numbers of talented candidates. This will also be advantage for the companies as they may offer lower compensation rate with quality education compared from those talent who seeks high compensation. The company, in return, will provide assistance to the organization that will able the organization to expand its support from the children.

Such scheme from an organization is sustainable as it has support from companies, government, and to the children who had already graduated from their education. It creates economic development, sustainable future and education for the needy children. And the most important part: the children we're educated.
