Project C.U.R.E. Reload
We will enable Project C.U.R.E. to increase their output to areas in desperate need of medical attention.
Project C.U.R.E. is a not-for-profit organization that provides medical supplies to third-world countries and other regions that desperately need an improvement in health services. Our contribution to the program is to design an organizational system that will streamline the entire storage and shipping process. This will free up time and money that the organization can devote toward their primary purpose of acquiring and shipping medical supplies as well as increase the capabilty for the organization to expand in the future.

Roadmap to Success:
FIVE PROJECT QUESTIONS Required (60 - 90 minutes)
1. What is your innovation?
I. Standardizing the box size that is used to pack supplies by contacting businesses and ask them to donate boxes which would otherwise be thrown away.
II. Using computer software to calculate efficient methods of packing boxes in shipping containers
2. Who gains the most?
The hospitals that receive the medical supplies and the people who receive treatment with them
3. Who pays?
A local business will pay for the boxes. Project CURE will pay for the 3D load–planning program.
4. What is your success?
12 months: Find a donor to supply a standard, continual supply of boxes
3 years: Find a 3D load–planning program
5 years: Increasing Project CURE's output threefold, saving that many times more lives.
5. How will you do it?
I. Providing a supply of standard size boxes to streamline organization and packing procedures.
II. Providing a 3D computer program to calculate packing arrangements for shipping containers.
