To instill in the children and their parents a sense of the importance of basic education;

From the beginning I want to work for Dalit, most backward community, Harijan   (SC/ST) and other people; who are in actual need of development work. Such voiceless people could able to address of their issues before government official, Panchayati Raj Institution and other platform in prestigious way after development of vision that government is for the people, by the people and of the people. The Project involves running a non-formal education (NFE) centers for children in the villages of SIMRA, JHANJHARPUR district, in the state of Bihar. The literacy rate in the local community is approximately 40%.
The overall aims of the Project are:
- to provide children and women in the specified villages with the basic education and confidence necessary to enroll in, and attend, government or other mainstream (formal) schools.
- To instill in the children and their parents a sense of the importance of basic education;

The project would impact about 165 student  in the  villages named above.

We will provide conventional teaching techniques to the children and women so that they could enroll in mainstreaming school.

Presently we have no source of fund to run activities. We are running activities with great financial crunch/problem, if we will not get support than we have to close up NFE centers.

1. What is your innovation? 
The Project involves running non-formal education (NFE) centres for children in the villages of SIMRA, JHANJHARPUR district, in the state of Bihar. We provide basic literacy to the children, so that later on they could enrolled in government school on higher class. We provide conventional teaching techniques to the children so that they could enrolled in mainstreaming school. For drop out children we provide alternative education so that they could again brought in mainstreaming education.
2. Who gains the most? 
We motivate student (childeren and women) and their parents (guardian) about the importance of education for their lives. So that they could continue their education. Due to financial crunch we only motivate them if financial support will be available than we will start computer class and other vocation training program.
