Young women are one of the most powerful, untapped sources of innovative entrepreneurial ideas. Yet from VC firms to social incubators, their voices are often unheard and their ideas unfunded. 

Founded in 2011, girltank is a hybrid non-profit + for-profit dedicated to building a dynamic and robust network of high-impact young women social entrepreneurs and bringing their ventures to scale. We help young women learn about social change, support those who already are game-changers, and connect both groups to mentors, funders, and movement builders through a dynamic online marketplace of ideas generation, services exchange, and peer-to-peer mentorship.
