Proper education of a huge mass of young minds, especially from poor families, is very important.

The new education system: Gen-next Edu

The primary educational system in West Bengal and in India have developed slowly to be at par with the other developed and developing countries of the World. Government had taken proper steps to have similar syllabi in almost all subjects in all boards. The introduction of grade system is also a major breakthrough in this system. In Kendriya Vidyalaya (Central School), all branches have the same syllabus and follow it routinely. So, if one student goes from Mumbai to Kolkata due to his family transfer, he or she doesn’t face any trouble to catch up with subject matter. But, still, there are loop holes in the system. Some of them are as follows:

  1. The primary education is really good on paper, but it is not sufficient enough to equip the young minds with proper knowledge. The approach of teaching the students at the primary level is very subtle. We have books on various subjects, classes which on paper complete their course on time, but, many students still lag behind and don’t have a firm grasp of what is exactly going on in the schools.
  2. The education systems in the rural areas are still failing to have more number of students in schools. Although the mid-day meal facility has lured the students from families below poverty line, but they still are not up-to-the-mark.
  3. There are many subjects which require annual revision, as the World is changing day by day. The students don’t understand the use of a few subjects studied in classes.
  4. There are schools where the teachers cover the syllabi at a fast pace, without knowing how the students have grasped them. There are a few more schools where they seldom finish their syllabi properly.

The way to eradicate these problems is to have a centralized educational system through visual and hearing facilities in all corners of the state and the country. The changes required in the present educational system are as follows in the following blog named-http://educate-all-equally.blogspot.in.

Roadmap to Success Optional (1 - 3 minutes to upload)

Roadmap to Success:

FIVE PROJECT QUESTIONS Required (60 - 90 minutes)

1. What is your innovation?
My innovation is not something out of the box. But the part of my education is to have a centralized education system to educate the children from all corners of the state with the same efficiency and using radio transmission system for educating the teachers in rural areas. Students need not have to worry about the best schools. It is cheap and effective. Besides the visual facilities is already is used in many places, but not effective. To make it effective, teachers' training is must.
2. Who gains the most?
In my plan everyone is a gainer, but at different time periods. Firstly, the student gains education, the educational system provides various facilities round the clock. when they grow up, they will develop their families and the nation. So then, the nation will be benefitted. Meanwhile, the education system can be reformed and revised easily with the given facilities. The teachers will surely be benefitted by teaching students through the recent developments of the World at the primary level.
3. Who pays?
The process is a long term process. Longer the term of the process, lesser should be the defect. And there should always be a back plan in the same manner. So, the payment process should be done partly by the government and partly by NGOs, private schools and companies associated with social works.
4. What is your success?
My success lies in the millions of smiling young faces who will shape the Earth in future. Initially, I will target a given percentage of children in an area in Kolkata who are below 10 years. Within a year, I will educate them with the same course subjects, but through my ways of teaching as per my blog-http://educate-all-equally.blogspot.in. Although it is costly, but the positive impact on my students to have a proper basic knowledge is my first success.
5. How will you do it?
Statistics say that children can learn faster by audio and visual ways. I will introduce these facilities in any previously established primary level school. After a yearlong teaching with the given facilities, the response from the students in academic and curricular activities will eventually trigger other schools to apt accordingly. Eventually, other schools will adapt too.
