Removing the daunting cost of investing in solar panels by allowing a company to make the investment for you.
We plan to partner with utility companies who will install solar panels on volunteers' houses. Instead of paying cash, the company will take the energy from the panels for a certain period of time in order to make a profit. After the company is finished, the panels will be given to the homeowners for personal use.
FIVE PROJECT QUESTIONS Required (60 - 90 minutes)
1. What is your innovation?
A business model in which utility companies install solar panels on houses for free, collect energy for compensation, and then give the panels to homeowners for personal use.
2. Who gains the most?
Both homeowners and utility companies will gain considerably. The companies will collect energy to pay for expenses and profit, then the homeowners can collect their own free energy.
3. Who pays?
The utility companies will pay for the equipment, but will be compensated by collecting energy.
5. How will you do it?
We will achieve our goal through partnering with various utility companies throughout the world. We need the support of everyone to push towards this innovation.
