We came up with a training Centre which is self sufficient. It acts as knowledge resource centre where practical lessons in entrepreneurship and community building activities are undertaken. The centre also employees University students for Work related learning where they can test their knowledge with practical examples. The project has helped so far by organising the community to build a dam that has reduced deaths of cattle due to water shortages.
2. Who gains the most?
The community is gaining the most as they is reduced deaths of livestocks as Dams are build, malnutrition has been reduced, the elderl have been imparted with literacy resulting in improvement in entrepreneurship programme uptake, student gain as they can be employed for attachment can harness their social entreprenuership project, academia as they can test and further their research
3. Who pays?
The initial project waspaid for by the Midlands State University but then the project is becoming self sufficient as the training Centre now has projects that are funding its expenses
4. What is your success?
We have managed to build the training centre, dam and a borehole in less than a year. Our plan for the second and third year

we were allocated $54 000 to build a training Centre by the Midlands State University and we were allocated land to build the training centre on by the local chiefs and headmen. we have completed the building of a training centre and lessons are already been done
