The Business & Services
ArabicCoach matches students with teachers via an innovative platform. We believe that there is a huge unmet demand for learning Arabic online, and we are seeking to become the leader of this sector. The process starts with teachers submitting applications to teach on the website, the application is simply a short 1 minute personal promotion video that will be evaluated by the administration. The teachers also setup their accounts by identifying their specialty, the languages they speak, and their schedule availability. The students can browse the teachers by language, specialty, ratings, or hourly rates. The student can view the teacher’s profile and watch their 1 minute promotion, and they can also review their ratings and their schedule availability. Once the student selects a teacher, the system takes care of the scheduling and handling the payment.
Arabic Coach deducts 20% from the payments that the Students make to the Teachers as a service fee. To start using the system, the teachers do not have to make any payments; the fees get deducted only once they get paid.
ArabicCoach has direct competitors and indirect competitors. The direct competitors are other online Learning platforms that allow students to learn Arabic. The indirect competitors are the classic methods of learning the language: Classroom Sessions, Books, and CDs. Arabic Coach will compete fiercely with the direct competitors, and will align itself as a complimentary service to indirect competitors.
