Anandwan
Its motto defines everything,"Give Work,Not Charity".
Often leprosy patients and physically challenged people are discarded by the society.They are not provided enough opportunities. Anandwan provides a platform to such people.It encourage them to earn their own living.It is a small piece of land where such people can live and are provided enough means to earn their own living. Also,at Anandwan,all the activities are eco-friendly such as water is recycled and solar and wind power is used to harness energy.

1. What is your innovation?
The idea to help leprosy patients to sustain their own living rather than giving them charity is an innovation in itself.
2. Who gains the most?
Leprosy patients and physically disabled people.
3. Who pays?
They do the hardships themselves and earn their own living. Also, donations in terms of facilities for their living is accepted.
4. What is your success?
This will have an huge impact on the mindset of general people who discard such people.
5. How will you do it?
By promoting the cause and serving such people.
