"growing house ltd" aims at reducing price hike impact in poor and middle class family.

Farmers have been cultivating crops and selling those crops to the market .some middlemen are the ultimate gainer of this traditional agribusiness. On the other hand price hiking is another problem nowadays. We have no other option but buy whatever price set the market. As a response to the rising food prices, many consumers are changing their shopping habits to find a better deal. This price hiking suffer the poor and middle class family a lot. Because of some middlemen in the relation between farmer and producer this increasing cost is uncontrollable by us.

So we can see that in Bangladesh still now there is a gap between farmer and producer. And the middlemen are taking this advantage.The lacking of this bridge suffer us lot. For example the rice which sold by farmer at 22-25 taka per kg comes to us at 40-45 taka on an average. Trade syndicate in Bangladesh, influencing the price level of day-to-day essentials and enjoying shelter from influential political quarters, has always been under criticism from our media and citizenry.  So we must find a solution to reduce the impact of them what we can do is just simply creating a relation between farmer and producer.

 What this business will do? simply it will make a bridge to connect the farmer and consumer. The principal aim of this business is to provide agribusiness products directly to consumer at low price after production without involvement of middlemen like wholesaler and retailer. Individual lower and middle class family will pay in advance to grow their desired products which will be provided to them after a certain time; comparatively at lower price to the market after producing those in its own agro field area. A subscribing system will be developed in this business to make a target production. The aim of this kind of involvement is to eradicate the middlemen who gain most not the farmer and consumer. With limited profit “growing house ltd” will provide to the subscribed families who paid in advance to grow their product.Unless we can bridge a connection between farmer and producer this type of problem will never be solved.

1. What is your innovation? 
We are very much familiar with “buying house” we have set a new concept that is “growing house”, which is totally new and innovative. The “growing house” concept is able to handle social problem and to make a connection between farmer and producer by which the gainer will be only the producer and consumers. “Growing house” gives the opportunity to individual family to invest together; they will buy the rice in advance and after cultivation they will get their bought rice at lower price.
2. Who gains the most? 
The gainer will be only the producer and consumers as it is system business. No middlemen are in the intermediary position to gain and to intensify price hiking.
3. Who pays? 
Through debt financing and equity financing “growing house ltd” will start to grow. It will collect 50% of funding (1.5 million) through equity financing. 25% will be collected by debt financing and other 15% will be collected from subscribed families who will by their product in advance and remaining will be collected from NGO.
4. What is your success? 
the present price hiking condition we see that only the government is trying to control it. we are bound to market whatever price it sets. from our individual perspective we are doing nothing active action to eradicate this problem.Through "growing house ltd" it will be an hopeful project by which by which individual farm and poor and middle class families can stand against this social problem (price hiking).
5. How will you do it? 
With limited profit adding with production cost and other variable cost we will set our price. As there are no intermediaries between our customer and us so we can provide cheap rate to subscribers and remaining products will be sold at premium price in the market.As “growing house ltd” offers direct selling to end consumer and as it is determined to provide rice, fish and other agro products at lower price it will be in a unique position and It will enjoy competitive advantage.
