The 2012 Finalists Are Here!

The five DSIC Grand Prize Finalists will be traveling to Austin, Texas for the Finalist Weekend in June, which includes capacity building workshops, mentoring sessions, visits to Austin’s best social enterprises, networking and fun! The teams will pitch live to a panel of international judges who will select our $50,000 Grand Prize winner, as well as $20,000 Second Prize and $10,000 Third Prize awards.

Our online community of social innovators is rapidly growing, and this challenge will ask you questions about how you use your profile and project pages. There are no right or wrong answers, and you will earn influence points just for completing this challenge!

Below are some suggested questions for clarifying each of the 10 Project Elements in your Roadmap to Success. Download the full Roadmap to Success Guide here (PDF).

Innovation Product and Warranty

1. What type of product is your social innovation: idea, environment, event, service or good?

Each Semi-Finalist team is required to produce a Roadmap to Success. The Roadmap is a document that best conveys how each team will take their project from where it is, to where it needs to be — success. Download our Guide to Creating a Roadmap to Success below.
